Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload trucks and trailers with accuracy.
- Inventory management and stock rotation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist with packaging and shipping orders during peak hours.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding inventory levels.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator certification (reach, sit-down, or stand-up).
- Ability to work rotating night shifts consistently.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Previous experience in a warehousing or logistics setting is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning and logging inventory.
