Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts (Class 1, 3, or 4) in compliance with OSHA safety regulations.
- Load and unload freight onto and off of trailers and trucks efficiently.
- Move materials to and from storage areas, production lines, and shipping docks.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and routine maintenance checks.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counting.
- Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Communicate effectively with shift supervisors regarding inventory levels and equipment issues.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator License (OSHA compliant).
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning and logging data.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
