Responsibilities
- Operate Industrial Equipment: Safely maneuver forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse.
- Inventory Handling: Accurately stock inventory, pick orders, and ensure products are stored in designated zones for optimal retrieval.
- Palletizing & Stacking: Perform high-quality palletizing and stacking operations to ensure stability and prevent damage to merchandise.
- Safety Adherence: Strictly follow OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Equipment Inspection: Conduct routine pre-shift inspections of machinery to identify and report any mechanical defects.
- General Warehouse Tasks: Assist with maintaining a clean and organized work area, including sweeping and debris removal.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We are willing to train the right candidate. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
- Valid Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license is required.
- Physical Capability: Ability to stand for long periods, walk extensively, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic Literacy: Ability to read and understand shipping labels, pick tickets, and safety signage.
- Teamwork: Strong ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and able to maintain consistent attendance.
