Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move, locate, and relocate materials within the warehouse.
- Ensure the safety of the loading dock and warehouse floor by adhering to all safety protocols.
- Inspect forklift equipment for any mechanical issues before and after shifts.
- Load and unload trucks accurately, verifying shipping documents and inventory counts.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to meet health and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Strong willingness to learn and operate various types of warehouse machinery.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to read product labels and documents.
