Responsibilities
- Perform picking, packing, and shipping operations efficiently and accurately according to safety guidelines.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided for qualified candidates).
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are up to date.
- Conduct regular quality checks on incoming and outgoing merchandise to ensure standards are met.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks in a timely manner.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred but not mandatory for entry-level positions).
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to established protocols.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and overtime when needed.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
