Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and verify incoming stock with high accuracy using warehouse management systems.
- Picking and Packing: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to customers in a timely manner.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment as required.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace by adhering to all safety protocols and 5S standards.
- Quality Control: Perform routine quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards before shipping.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners.
- Work Ethic: Strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- License: Valid driver's license (Class C) preferred.
