Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse equipment to move materials and products.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently, adhering to shipping and receiving schedules.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by scanning tags and logging stock movements.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies regarding equipment handling.
- Assist with packaging and palletizing orders for timely dispatch.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and other warehouse staff.
Qualifications
- No prior forklift experience is required; we provide certification training.
- Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and scanning.
- Willingness to obtain a forklift operator certification within 30 days of hire.
- Valid driver's license (not always required for indoor roles but preferred).
