Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick and pack orders to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Inventory Management: Assist with inventory counts and stock organization to ensure accurate records.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform daily pre-shift inspections of forklifts and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and other warehouse staff to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Ability: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time hours, including weekends and holidays if required.
- License: Valid driver's license (not always required for internal operator roles but a plus).
- Willingness to Learn: Candidates with no experience but a strong work ethic are highly encouraged to apply.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in order processing and safety checks.
