Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently throughout the warehouse.
- Inspect and perform basic maintenance checks on forklift equipment to ensure operational safety.
- Organize stock, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure the warehouse remains clean and clutter-free.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company operational policies.
- Assist with shipping and receiving tasks, including verifying documents and securing cargo.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and quotas.
Qualifications
- No prior forklift experience required; we will train the right candidate on the job.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and a pre-employment drug screen.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
