Responsibilities
- Safe Equipment Operation: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to load, unload, and move products within the facility.
- Inventory Accuracy: Verify incoming and outgoing shipments by checking products against work orders and ensuring stock counts are accurate.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the warehouse area clean, organized, and free of debris to ensure smooth operations.
- Order Fulfillment: Assist in preparing pallets, tagging items for shipment, and ensuring orders are packed and ready for delivery.
- Equipment Reporting: Monitor forklift performance and promptly report any mechanical issues or safety concerns to the supervisor.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, walk extensively, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Documentation: Must be eligible to work in the United States and pass a standard background check.
- Willingness to Train: No previous forklift experience is necessary; we provide comprehensive paid training for successful candidates.
