As a Forklift Operator at Mountain Logistics, you will play a critical role in our supply chain operations. Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse facility.
- Inspect equipment daily to ensure safety compliance and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by performing cycle counts and verifying stock against shipment lists.
- Ensure the warehouse workspace is clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Assist with general warehouse duties such as packaging, labeling, and order picking.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
- Strong desire to learn and a positive attitude toward safety training.
- Basic reading and writing skills for completing paperwork.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- No prior forklift experience is necessary. We will train you on the job!
