Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move, locate, and relocate materials within the warehouse facility.
- Load and unload freight from delivery trucks and shipping containers efficiently.
- Perform daily inventory checks and stock management to ensure accurate inventory levels.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety regulations and OSHA standards.
- Assist in packing, labeling, and preparing shipments for distribution.
- Report any mechanical issues with equipment or safety hazards immediately to management.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Basic math skills required for inventory counting and ticketing.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Willingness to undergo forklift certification training (provided on-site).
- Reliable transportation to and from the Philadelphia facility.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
