About the Role:
As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of materials within our facility. Whether you are loading trucks or organizing inventory, your attention to detail and safety compliance will keep our operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move, load, and unload products.
- Verify and inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Organize stock and maintain a clean, safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counting to ensure accurate records.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and other warehouse staff.
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Willingness to learn and obtain a forklift certification through our training program.
- Basic math and reading skills for inventory management.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- No prior forklift experience is required.
