Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently to move, locate, and relocate stock.
- Load and unload products from trucks, pallets, and racks with precision and care.
- Perform daily pre-shift safety inspections on equipment to ensure compliance.
- Organize and maintain the warehouse floor, ensuring a clean and safe working environment.
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping using RF scanners.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and OSHA regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and quotas.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and order accuracy.
- Valid Driver’s License is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be willing to undergo forklift certification training.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
