Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load and unload shipments efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Inspect forklift equipment for safety issues and report any malfunctions immediately.
- Follow all safety protocols, OSHA guidelines, and company policies strictly.
- Collaborate with the inventory team to ensure accurate stock levels and documentation.
- Assist in the packaging and preparation of orders for shipping.
Qualifications
- No prior forklift experience required – we are looking for motivated individuals willing to learn.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety, punctuality, and teamwork.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license.
