Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently in accordance with OSHA standards.
- Load, unload, and stage materials for shipping and receiving processes.
- Perform regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records using warehouse management systems.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and free of safety hazards at all times.
- Follow strict safety protocols and communicate any equipment malfunctions to management immediately.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Willingness to undergo paid forklift certification training.
- Basic math skills and ability to read labels and inventory codes.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods, walk extensively, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Valid Driver’s License (preferred but not required).
