Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, locate, and stack merchandise safely.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently, ensuring cargo is secured properly.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and maintain organized storage areas.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Inspect forklift equipment daily and report any maintenance issues.
- Assist in packaging and palletizing orders for shipment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or material handling (preferred).
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy loads and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
