As a Forklift Operator, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations. Whether you are stacking pallets, loading trucks, or managing inventory, you will be essential to our daily operations. We provide on-the-job training for the right candidates.
Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Load and unload freight from trucks and trailers, ensuring proper weight distribution and security.
- Stack inventory neatly and securely on racks and shelves.
- Perform regular quality control checks on products to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screen.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic reading and writing skills for safety documentation.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Current Driver's License is preferred but not always mandatory.
