Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials to and from storage areas, production lines, and loading docks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Verify and inspect items for damages and defects, reporting any discrepancies immediately to the supervisor.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
- Keep accurate records of inventory movement and stock levels using warehouse management systems.
- Assist with general warehouse duties including sweeping, mopping, and organizing storage aisles.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of goods and efficient workflow.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and eligible to work in the United States.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Must possess a valid driver's license (preferred but not strictly required for entry-level).
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
