Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to move materials throughout the facility.
- Load and unload shipments accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper weight distribution.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Organize inventory and stock items in designated areas to ensure efficient retrieval.
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Prepare pallets for shipping using shrink wrap and banding equipment.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the United States.
- Valid Driver's License is required (Class D).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Willingness to learn and obtain a forklift certification if not already certified.
- Basic math skills for counting inventory and reading labels.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy items and stand for long periods.
- No prior experience required – we provide on-the-job training!
