Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse and to/from the shipping dock using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Perform daily safety checks on equipment to ensure proper functioning and compliance with OSHA standards.
- Organize and stock inventory on shelves and in bins, ensuring accurate labeling and rotation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times to prevent accidents.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments and prepare documentation as required.
- Assist in the packing and crating of goods for local and regional delivery.
Qualifications
- No prior forklift experience is required; we provide paid on-the-job training.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Basic reading and math skills are necessary for inventory management.
- Must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends as needed.
