Responsibilities
- Operate powered industrial trucks (Forklifts) and other heavy machinery to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse.
- Stack and organize pallets in a safe and organized manner to maximize storage efficiency.
- Perform routine safety checks on equipment and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Conduct inventory counts and verify stock accuracy using handheld scanners.
- Maintain a clean and clutter-free workspace to ensure compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screening.
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety protocols.
- Willingness to undergo on-site forklift certification training (no experience required).
- Basic math skills for inventory and scanning tasks.
