Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment (Reach Trucks, Order Pickers) safely and efficiently.
- Load, unload, and stage materials according to production schedules and safety guidelines.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections to ensure operational readiness.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Accurately pick and pack orders for distribution.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure timely fulfillment of inventory needs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong attention to detail and safety protocols.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills for logging inventory data.
- Valid Driver's License (Class A or B preferred but not strictly required for entry-level training).
