Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict compliance with OSHA standards.
- Inspect forklift equipment for any mechanical issues before and after each shift.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock organization and accuracy checks.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and management regarding daily production goals.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, operational procedures, and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screening.
- Must be physically able to lift heavy loads (up to 50lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to undergo on-site forklift certification training (provided).
- Basic reading and comprehension skills for safety documentation.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and team collaboration.
