Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and transport materials safely throughout the warehouse.
- Conduct daily pre-shift inspections of forklift equipment to ensure proper functionality and safety.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and clutter-free workspace in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Stock inventory accurately and organize products to facilitate efficient order fulfillment.
- Follow strict safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs) at all times.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily production and shipping targets.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be able to pass a background check and a pre-employment drug screen.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills required for inventory counting and ticket verification.
- Valid driver’s license (preferred but not always required for internal operators).
- Willingness to learn and obtain forklift certification through our paid training program.
