Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and transport materials throughout the warehouse facility.
- Stack and organize inventory pallets efficiently while adhering to strict weight limits and safety standards.
- Perform routine inspections of forklift equipment to ensure it is in safe working condition.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace at all times.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock verification to ensure accuracy.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company operational procedures strictly.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding daily tasks.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screening.
- Basic math skills for inventory management and reading labels.
- Willingness to undergo on-the-job forklift training and certification.
- Physically capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Valid driver's license is preferred but not required.
