Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack: Select items from shelves and package them securely according to customer orders.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory counts and stock levels.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards before shipping.
- Labeling: Apply shipping labels and barcodes accurately to all packages.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as trained.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Basic Math: Comfortable with basic arithmetic for counting and weighing packages.
- Communication: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions clearly.
- Availability: Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in order fulfillment.
