Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other heavy machinery.
- Organize and stack inventory in designated storage areas to maintain order and accessibility.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections of forklift equipment to ensure proper working order and safety compliance.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory movement and stock levels using warehouse management systems.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and OSHA regulations at all times.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the US.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Willingness to obtain a forklift certification (we provide paid training for qualified candidates).
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
- Valid driver's license is preferred but not required.
