Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently.
- Ensure accurate inventory counts and proper documentation of stock movements using warehouse management systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Perform routine safety inspections on forklifts and equipment before and after each shift.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets and shipping deadlines.
- Assist in general warehouse maintenance and housekeeping duties.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Valid Driver’s License is required (Class A or B is a plus).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and working in varying temperatures.
- Willingness to obtain a forklift certification through our comprehensive training program.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory counting.
