Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move, load, and unload products.
- Conduct daily safety checks and maintain equipment in good working order.
- Pick and pack orders accurately according to production schedules.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors.
- Assist in inventory control and stock organization.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to work night shifts (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Willingness to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Basic reading and math skills for reading pick tickets.
- Physically able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Valid driver's license (not always required but preferred).
