Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely to load, unload, and transport materials throughout the warehouse.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by tagging, shelving, and organizing products according to strict guidelines.
- Perform daily equipment inspections to ensure all safety features are operational and report any issues immediately.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company safety policies to minimize workplace hazards.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely order fulfillment and shipping accuracy.
- Keep the work area organized and free of clutter to ensure a safe environment for all employees.
Qualifications
- No prior forklift experience is required; training provided on-site.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Basic math skills and ability to read labels and safety documents.
- Physically capable of standing for long periods and lifting items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
