Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Inspect forklift equipment for defects and report maintenance needs immediately.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock organization and cycle counts.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Follow standard operating procedures for shipping and receiving.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the US.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of standing, lifting, and bending for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety.
- Willingness to obtain a forklift certification (training provided).
- Basic math and reading skills for ticket and inventory management.
