Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and powered industrial trucks to move, stack, count, and stage materials and products safely.
- Load and unload freight from trailers, containers, and railcars using appropriate equipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock rotation to minimize waste.
- Perform daily pre-shift forklift inspections and safety checks before operation.
- Follow all safety protocols and warehouse regulations to ensure a hazard-free environment.
- Assist in organizing warehouse aisles and maintaining a clean, clutter-free workspace.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the US.
- No prior forklift experience required. We provide paid on-the-job training.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Must be physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and checking.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Reliable transportation to the workplace.
