Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load and unload trucks and merchandise.
- Organize and maintain warehouse aisles to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
- Conduct daily pre-shift inspections of forklift equipment to ensure functionality and safety.
- Verify accuracy of inventory by checking stock against manifests and computer systems.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions (if applicable) and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Must have a valid driver's license (not always required for indoor roles, but preferred).
- No prior forklift experience is necessary. We are looking for eager learners who are willing to undergo on-the-job training.
