Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently.
- Inspect all forklift equipment daily to ensure it is in proper working order and report any maintenance issues.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Organize warehouse inventory, ensuring stock is stored correctly and easily accessible.
- Collaborate with the shipping and receiving team to meet daily productivity targets.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to prevent accidents.
Qualifications
- No prior forklift experience required; we train the right candidates.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
