Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Accurately count and organize stock to maintain proper inventory levels.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies at all times.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform pre-shift inspections on forklifts and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Organization: Keep the warehouse aisles clear and maintain a clean workspace.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Basic Skills: Ability to read a pick list and perform basic math calculations.
- Attitude: Willingness to learn and operate various types of material handling equipment.
