Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load and unload merchandise from trucks and trailers efficiently.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through scanning and tagging systems.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Perform routine safety checks on forklift equipment before starting shifts.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols strictly.
- Assist in organizing stock and maintaining proper labeling of products.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Basic math skills and ability to read labels and safety signs.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
- Willingness to obtain a forklift certification (we provide training).
- Strong attention to detail and safety consciousness.
