Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently to meet daily shipping targets.
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving, counting, and organizing stock to ensure accurate inventory levels.
- Material Handling: Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (after certification), and hand trucks safely.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a secure work environment.
- Shipping & Receiving: Load and unload trucks, verify shipments, and ensure proper documentation.
- General Maintenance: Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and free of hazards to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: High school diploma or GED is preferred, but not strictly required for entry-level positions.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and shipping data.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and willing to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic arithmetic for counting stock and processing orders.
- Background Check: Must pass a standard background check and drug screen.
