Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse safely and efficiently.
- Verify inventory accuracy by scanning items and maintaining precise records.
- Ensure adherence to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to streamline shipping and receiving processes.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining a clean, clutter-free workspace.
Qualifications
- Valid and current Forklift Operator Certification (Class A, B, or C).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience operating forklifts in a professional warehouse environment.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
