Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently to load, unload, and transport goods.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections of machinery and safety checks to ensure compliance with OSHA standards.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and coordinate with team leads to ensure stock levels meet demand.
- Follow strict safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a secure working environment.
- Assist in organizing warehouse aisles and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
- Collaborate with the shipping and receiving team to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (required).
- Proven experience operating sit-down and stand-up forklifts in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs).
- Must be available for overtime and weekend shifts.
