Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify inventory accuracy and organize stock according to established FIFO protocols.
- Package, label, and prepare shipments for distribution with high attention to detail.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate warehouse management systems and handheld scanning devices accurately.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure shipment integrity.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with barcode scanners.
- Reliable transportation to the Dallas facility.
