Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and transport materials safely and efficiently.
- Conduct daily pre-shift inspections of equipment to ensure mechanical safety and functionality.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by scanning items and logging stock movements.
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines to maintain a hazard-free workspace.
- Organize warehouse aisles and storage areas to ensure efficient workflow and order accuracy.
- Clean and maintain the forklift and surrounding work area to meet health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with the inventory team to prepare pallets for shipping and distribution.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects weighing up to 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Valid Driver's License (Preferred).
- Experience with RF scanners and warehouse management systems is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends.
