Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials safely and efficiently.
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety regulations, including OSHA compliance and company policies.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on forklifts and warehouse equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and organize stock in designated storage areas.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to streamline shipping and receiving processes.
- Adhere to quality control standards and maintain a clean work environment.
Qualifications
- Valid and current Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as required.
