Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse and to delivery vehicles.
- Conduct thorough pre-shift equipment inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Manage inventory stock levels, ensuring accuracy in the warehouse management system.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily production goals and shipping deadlines.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area, including the 5S methodology.
Qualifications
- Certified forklift operator license (Forklift, Reach Truck, or Order Picker).
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment (1+ years preferred).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and attention to detail.
- Reliable attendance and availability for weekend shifts.
- Valid driver's license.
