We are committed to safety and efficiency. As a Forklift Operator, you will play a critical role in ensuring our supply chain operates smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to load, unload, and transport goods safely and efficiently.
- Inspect forklifts for defects and perform routine maintenance checks before each shift.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, including organizing stock and debris removal.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to prevent accidents.
- Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and other warehouse staff to ensure workflow continuity.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not always required.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs), and climb stairs/ladders.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.
- Must be willing to complete paid forklift certification training.
