What You Will Do
As a Shipping Coordinator, you will be the backbone of our logistics operations, ensuring that every package leaves our facility on time and in perfect condition.
Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate the shipping of products via ground, air, or freight.
- Prepare and verify shipping documents, including bills of lading, invoices, and packing lists.
- Track shipments and communicate delays or issues to internal teams and customers immediately.
- Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) and freight carriers.
- Ensure compliance with all shipping regulations and company policies.
- Process returns and manage reverse logistics efficiently.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or freight forwarding.
- Strong knowledge of shipping terminology and international/domestic regulations.
- Proficiency in TMS (Transportation Management Systems) and ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a high-pressure setting.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- High school diploma or GED required.
