What You Will Do

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule domestic and international freight shipments.
- Prepare and verify all shipping documentation, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and packing lists.
- Communicate proactively with carriers, freight forwarders, and internal warehouse teams to resolve delivery issues.
- Track incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure compliance with delivery timelines.
- Manage inventory levels related to outgoing stock and coordinate returns when necessary.
- Ensure all shipping procedures adhere to local, state, and federal regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a shipping, logistics, or freight forwarding environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel for data tracking.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred.
