Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and warehouse machinery to safely load, unload, and transport materials.
- Stack and organize pallets in designated storage areas to maximize space utilization.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and maintenance checks to ensure compliance.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with OSHA standards.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock rotation and cycle counting.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all warehouse operations.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (OSHA 10/30 preferred or equivalent certification).
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or distribution center.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning and logging inventory.
