Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load, unload, and stack freight accurately according to shipping labels and safety guidelines.
- Conduct daily pre-shift equipment inspections and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and participate in cycle counting as required.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment and warehouse organization.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B forklift operator certification.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in warehousing or logistics.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and material handling procedures.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills for inventory logging.
