Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in a safe and efficient manner.
- Load and unload shipping containers, pallets, and trucks with accuracy.
- Conduct daily pre-shift inspections of forklift equipment and report any maintenance issues.
- Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of slip hazards.
- Verify inventory counts and maintain accurate shipping and receiving paperwork.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics setting.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
